This drawing was done in an ink line art drawing style. I used various Zentangle patterns to decorate the rose petals and leaves. In the end I thought that this drawing looked similar to tattoo style roses. I drew this rose digitally on an iPAd Air 2 using the app Procreate.

Hello, my name is Becky Herrera and I am an artist in the Pacific Northwest. I have been drawing and painting since I was very little and was inspired by and encouraged by my grandfather, who was also an artist. I started out in traditional mediums and mostly worked in colored pencil and charcoal because of the control that you have to achieve the tiny details.
